The Homer Arts Advisory Committee was created as a forum open to all
people who understand the importance of the arts within a community and
have a desire to further the advancement of the arts in the Homer area.
The committee planned and coordinated a very successful first-year program and has put into place another season, established a continuing operating budget and an endowed fund that will ensure future programming. The Homer Arts Advisory Committee's funds are part of the Homer Area Community Foundation. All are welcome to participate. Monthly meetings are held at the Community House. Dates and times are noted in the Homer Index and on the committee's web site, which is still under development. Assistance will be needed this year to help with event hosting, development and maintenance of the web site and composition of the Homer Arts Annual.
